A fault code is not a diagnosis
A fault code tells you which system noticed a problem, but not why. For example, a sensor fault may mean a defective sensor, but also a damaged cable, a bad connector or a fault elsewhere in the system.
How we work
- We read the fault memory of every control unit in the vehicle, not just the engine
- We monitor live data: temperatures, pressures, voltages, actuator operation
- We check wiring and connectors by measurement
- If needed, we do a test drive and measure again
When you need diagnostics
- A warning light on the dashboard has come on
- The vehicle runs unevenly or has lost power
- A system has switched itself off
- The vehicle reports a fault after a new part is fitted
Based on the diagnostics, you get an explanation of the fault and a cost estimate before any repair work.
